We work with clients in a number of different ways. Sometimes we are engaged on a project basis and other times, as an outsourced branding department. While most of our client work is an amalgamation of our strategic and creative competencies, it is not uncommon for one of us to take a more active role—either throughout the engagement or at a certain point in its evolution. In all cases, however, our clients interface with us, not account managers.

A comprehensive service offered to business owners and their advisers just prior to a major financing or liquidity event. In such an engagement, we look to bolster the company's valuation/potential transaction price by focusing beyond the standard multiple of cash flow, drawing incremental worth from:

  1. optimizing the brand's ongoing customer demand through the refinement of its positioning, corporate identity, and packaging or customer communications; and
  2. exploring and modeling potential avenues for growth opportunities through various product, service or enterprise innovations
